Courses and communities

Online course and membership platform for coaches and institutes

Host your courses, memberships and learner community next to your CRM. Enquiries, payments, lessons and certificates stay in one system, with your own logo and colours.

Teaching and selling in one system

Coaches, trainers and institutes often run a website in one tool, payments in a second, course videos in a third and student chats in a WhatsApp group. Every hand-over is manual. EDCRM.AI puts the course area, the checkout and the learner record together, so a payment can open access to the right course on its own.

Because each learner is also a CRM contact, you can see what they bought, which enquiry they came from and what they asked about. That makes it easier to offer the next programme to the people who are ready for it.

Courses, lessons and certificates

A course is organised into sections and lessons that hold your teaching material. Courses can be free, paid once or included in a subscription. When a learner completes a course, a certificate carrying their name and your design can be issued. You decide what counts as your introductory offer and what sits behind a fee.

  • A free short course works well as a taster before a paid programme.
  • Several courses can be bundled into one membership with a recurring fee.
  • A certificate can be issued when a learner completes the course.
  • Forms, surveys and quizzes collect feedback and write the answers into the CRM.

Memberships and communities

A membership gives people continuing access in return for a recurring fee. It suits coaching circles, professional associations and institutes with alumni programmes. Members log in to one place and find everything their plan includes, from recorded lessons to the group discussion.

Community groups give learners a space to ask questions, share work and talk to each other, away from the noise of a large WhatsApp group. You can run a group for each course or batch. Trainers post announcements and answer questions where the whole group can read them.

From enquiry to enrolment

The course area connects to the rest of EDCRM.AI. An enquiry from a form, an advert or WhatsApp becomes a contact. A booking page lets that person schedule a counselling call. An order form or payment link takes the fee, and a workflow can grant access and send the welcome message once payment is received. Your counsellors spend their time talking to prospective learners.

What to prepare before you launch

A course launches faster when the content is ready before the build begins. We suggest starting with one course and adding more once the first group of learners has been through it and told you what they think of it.

  • Write a course outline with section and lesson titles.
  • Record your videos and gather slides, worksheets and other files.
  • Decide the price, the payment plan and your refund policy.
  • Prepare the wording and design for your certificate.
  • Draft the welcome message a new learner should receive.

How Euro Digital sets it up

Our team builds the course structure, uploads your material, connects payments and sets up the enrolment workflows and community groups. We add your logo and colours, then train your trainers and coordinators to add lessons and manage learners themselves. After launch, support is available from Abu Dhabi and from our delivery team in India. For Courses, supported video files can be uploaded up to 5 GB per file. Course image uploads are up to 50 MB per file. EDCRM.AI does not impose a restrictive total course-storage allowance by plan tier.

Questions

Courses and communities: common questions

Can I offer both free and paid courses?

Yes. A course can be free, paid with a single fee or included in a recurring membership. Many trainers use a free introductory course to collect enquiries, then offer the paid programme to those who complete it. Each learner's purchases are visible on their contact record.

Do learners receive a certificate?

You can issue a certificate when a learner completes a course. It carries your design and the learner's name. It is a certificate from your organisation. Whether it counts as an accredited qualification depends on your own approvals, and you should state that clearly to learners.

Can I move my existing courses across?

In most cases, yes. If you have the original videos and files, we rebuild the course structure in EDCRM.AI and import your learner list as contacts. Tell us during the demo which platform you use now and how many learners are active, so we can plan the move around them.

Is there a limit on learners or courses?

EDCRM.AI\'s current plan and course documentation does not publish a cap on the number of courses or learners. The practical published limits are media upload limits rather than learner counts. We confirm any account-specific limits before migration or large cohort launches.. We will confirm the limits that apply to your plan during the demo. If you expect large batches or a lot of video, mention it early so we can recommend the right plan for you.
