Euro Digital Technologies LLC is responsible for this website and for the personal data it collects directly from prospective and contracted customers. When customers use EDCRM.AI to process their own contacts' data, the allocation of controller and processor responsibilities is governed by the customer agreement and applicable law.

We may collect contact and account details, business information, login and user information, enquiries and support communications, CRM records and files submitted by customers, communication metadata, appointment and transaction records, device and log data, and cookie or analytics information generated when you use our website and services. The exact data processed depends on the features you enable.

We use personal data to provide and secure EDCRM.AI, create and administer accounts, configure integrations, deliver communications and support, process orders and billing, improve service performance, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and, where permitted, send relevant service or marketing communications. Customer-controlled CRM data is retained in accordance with the customer agreement and account status, subject to platform backup and deletion processes. Euro Digital adopts and maintains retention periods that apply to its sales, support and billing records.
