Websites and funnels

A website and sales funnel builder connected to your CRM

Build your website, landing pages and funnels in the same platform that holds your leads. Every enquiry goes straight to the CRM and into follow-up.

Pages and leads in the same place

Many businesses have a website built in one tool, forms in another and a CRM somewhere else. Leads get lost in the gaps between them. With EDCRM.AI, the page, the form on it and the contact record live in one platform, so an enquiry made on your site is in front of your sales team within moments.

The builder is drag-and-drop. You arrange sections, text, images, forms and calendars on the page without writing code. It can produce a full company website, a single landing page for one campaign or a blog for regular articles. Finished pages can be duplicated and reused.

Landing pages for campaigns

A landing page has one job: to turn a visitor from an advert or a message into an enquiry. It talks about one offer and asks for one action. Because you can build pages yourself, each campaign, branch or service can have its own page with wording that matches the advert the visitor clicked.

Multi-step funnels and order forms

A funnel is a sequence of pages that leads a visitor through a decision one step at a time. A typical funnel has an offer page, a form or order page and a thank-you page. Webinar funnels handle registration for online events. Order forms take payment on the page and can offer an upsell, which is an extra product shown after the first purchase.

Blogs and QR codes

The blog tool lets you publish articles on your own domain, which gives people searching for your services something useful to find. Content AI can draft a first version for your team to edit. QR codes link printed material to any page or form, so a flyer, shop window, menu or exhibition stand can collect leads into the CRM as well.

What to prepare before you start

A page is only as good as what goes on it. Gathering these items before the build saves a lot of back and forth, and it means your pages go live with real content instead of filler text that has to be replaced later.

  • Collect your logo, brand colours and good photographs of your premises, team or products.
  • Write a short description of each service and who it is for.
  • Decide the one action you want from each page, such as an enquiry, a booking or a purchase.
  • Have access to your domain name settings so pages can be published on your own address.
  • Gather genuine customer reviews that you have permission to publish.

How Euro Digital sets it up

Web development and digital marketing are part of what Euro Digital does every day, so you are not left alone with a blank builder. Our team designs and builds your first pages, connects your domain, links every form to the CRM and sets up the follow-up workflow behind it. We then show your team how to edit text, swap images and duplicate a page for the next campaign.

Questions

Websites and funnels: common questions

Can we keep our current website and use only landing pages?

Yes. You can keep your existing site and publish campaign landing pages or funnels from EDCRM.AI on a sub-domain. Forms and the chat widget can also be placed on your current site, so its enquiries still reach the CRM. We advise on the best arrangement during onboarding.

Can pages be published on our own domain?

Yes. Pages, funnels and blogs can be published on a domain or sub-domain you own. It requires a small change to your domain settings, which our team can make with you or guide your IT contact through. We test every page before the address is shared with customers.

Will the pages work well on mobile phones?

Pages adjust to phone screens, and the builder lets you check and tune the mobile view before publishing. This matters because visitors arriving from WhatsApp links, social adverts and QR codes are usually on a phone. We review every page on mobile before go-live.

Can order forms take payment in AED or INR?

Order forms take payment through the payment gateway connected to your account, and the currencies available depend on that gateway. Supported options: Order forms can use supported EDCRM.AI gateways including Stripe, PayPal, NMI, Authorize.net, Square and Razorpay. The currencies you can charge are determined by the connected gateway and your merchant account. For UAE and India deployments, Euro Digital confirms the gateway, settlement account and required AED/INR or other currency support before checkout pages go live.. We confirm this with you before building any page that takes money.
