EDCRM.AI
For showrooms and garages

A CRM for car dealers and auto workshops that answers every call

Car buyers and owners still pick up the phone. When nobody answers, they call the next dealer. EDCRM.AI catches missed calls, books test drives and service slots, sends quotes and reminds customers when a service is due.

Where dealers and workshops lose customers

A workshop's phone rings while the service advisor is at a car with a customer. The caller wanted a quote for brake pads and an AC check. They do not leave a message. They search again and ring another garage. Missed calls like this cost real work, and most garages have no record of how many went unanswered last week.

Showrooms lose buyers differently. Someone enquires about a used SUV, gets a price on WhatsApp and says they will think about it. The salesperson moves on. Nobody invites them for a test drive or tells them when a similar car arrives. After the sale, the service department never hears about the customer at all.

How a typical week runs on the platform

Calls, WhatsApp, web chat and ad enquiries reach one inbox. A missed call sends a text back automatically, asking what the customer needs and offering a booking link. For new enquiries from ads, the platform can ring your salesperson and connect them to the lead straight away. The voice assistant can answer the phone after hours, take the details and book a slot.

Test drives, quotes and the sales pipeline

Every vehicle enquiry becomes a deal on the sales pipeline, with the car, the budget and the salesperson recorded. Stages might run from enquiry to test drive, quotation, finance and delivery. Buyers choose a test-drive slot from a booking page and get a reminder beforehand. Quotes go out as estimates that the customer can accept online, and managers see every open deal and its value.

  • Call tracking numbers show which advert or listing site produced each call.
  • Call recording helps managers coach new sales and service staff.
  • Trade-in details can be collected with a form before the customer visits.
  • Deals that sit in one stage too long create a follow-up task for the owner.

Service-due reminders and repeat work

A car needs attention every few months, which gives a workshop a reason to stay in touch. Record the last service date and a workflow counts forward to the next one. The customer gets a reminder with a booking link. On WhatsApp this is an approved template sent to customers who opted in. Registration renewal, tyre changes and pre-summer AC checks can follow the same pattern.

How Euro Digital sets it up

Euro Digital Technologies has been in Abu Dhabi since 2016 and is an official Meta WhatsApp Business Partner. We set up your phone numbers and missed-call replies, build separate pipelines for sales and service, create the booking calendars and write the reminder workflows. Your WhatsApp templates are submitted for approval by our team. We train your sales staff and service advisors, and support them afterwards.

What to prepare before you start

You will get more from the first month if a few items are ready on day one. Most of them already exist somewhere in your business, often in a job-card book or a billing system. Bring them as they are, and we will help tidy them up.

  • Export your customer list with car make, model and last service date where you have it.
  • List your service bays, working hours and how long common jobs take.
  • Write down your standard prices or price ranges for the jobs people ask about most.
  • Decide who answers sales enquiries and who answers service enquiries.
Questions

Automotive and workshops: common questions

What happens when we miss a call?

The caller gets an automatic text asking what they need and offering a link to book. Their reply opens a conversation in the inbox, and the call is logged against the contact. Your team sees a list of missed calls to return, so none is forgotten at the end of a busy day.

Can customers book a service slot themselves?

Yes. A booking page shows your free slots by service type, and the appointment goes straight into the workshop calendar. You can ask for the registration number and model on the form, and send reminders before the appointment by WhatsApp template, SMS or email.

Does it connect to our dealer management or workshop software?

It can exchange data through the API and webhooks if your existing software supports them. Euro Digital reviews your system during set-up and tells you what is possible. You can start by importing a customer spreadsheet and add the integration later, once the team is using the platform daily.

Can the AI assistant give quotes?

It can share the standard prices and ranges you provide, such as a basic service for a given car type. For anything that needs inspection, it collects the details and books the car in, and your advisor sends a proper estimate. You control what it may quote and when it must hand over.
