Your bill has two parts. The first is the subscription, a fixed monthly amount for the platform, your users and support. The second is usage, which covers things that cost money each time they are used: WhatsApp conversations, SMS, phone minutes, email sending beyond the included volume and AI assistant activity.

Usage is the part that varies between businesses. A clinic sending appointment reminders has a very different pattern from a brokerage running ad campaigns. In the demo we estimate your usage from your current enquiry and message volumes, so the quote reflects your real numbers.
