Reviews and reputation

Online review and reputation management in one place

Ask every customer for a review at the right moment, see new reviews as they arrive and reply from one screen. Review collection becomes a routine your team does not have to remember.

Reviews shape who gets the enquiry

When someone searches for a clinic, a salon or a contractor nearby, they read the reviews before they call. A business with recent, answered reviews looks open and cared for. One with a handful of old reviews looks like a risk, however good the work is.

Most businesses have plenty of satisfied customers and very few reviews, because nobody asks. EDCRM.AI makes asking part of the job itself. The request goes out after the visit, the delivery or the paid invoice, without anyone on your team needing to remember.

Automated review requests

A review request is a short message with a link straight to your review page. You choose what triggers it and which channel carries it. On WhatsApp, a request your business starts must use a Meta-approved template and go only to customers who have opted in. SMS and email are also available.

  • The request can go out when an appointment is completed, a deal is won or a payment is received.
  • A delay lets the message arrive a few hours after the visit instead of during it.
  • One polite reminder can follow if the customer has not responded, and then the sequence stops.
  • Every customer is asked in the same way, whatever you expect them to say.

Monitoring, replying and review widgets

New reviews appear in a single list inside EDCRM.AI, with the rating, the text and the date. Your team replies there without logging in to each review site separately. Google Business Profile and Facebook are the two review sources explicitly supported in EDCRM.AI\'s core Reputation dashboard for pulling reviews and managing replies. Additional review-page integrations may be available through the Reputation integrations/Marketplace, but should be confirmed before being named on the website.. A low rating can prompt a manager to call the customer the same day.

A review widget shows your recent reviews on your website or landing pages, so visitors read them without leaving the page. If your site is built in EDCRM.AI, you add the widget in the page builder like any other element.

AI-drafted replies your team approves

Writing a thoughtful reply to every review takes time, and many reviews never get one. The AI review reply feature reads the review and drafts a response for you. A member of your team reads the draft, edits it if needed and posts it. For complaints, we suggest a person always checks the final wording.

What a normal week looks like

Once the set-up is running, reputation work takes a few minutes a day. It also stops depending on one keen member of staff who happens to remember. A typical routine for a small team of four or five people looks like this.

  • Requests go out on their own after each completed job or appointment.
  • One person checks the review list each morning and posts replies.
  • Low ratings are followed up by phone before the public reply is written.
  • The owner looks at how many requests were sent and how many reviews came in.

How Euro Digital sets it up

We connect your review profiles, write the request messages with you and submit the WhatsApp template for Meta approval. Euro Digital is an official Meta WhatsApp Business Partner, so this is routine work for us. We then build the workflow that triggers requests and train your team on replying. Each review site has its own rules on how reviews may be requested, and you should follow them.

Questions

Reviews and reputation: common questions

Can I send review requests only to happy customers?

We advise against it. Review sites generally expect a business to ask all customers in the same way, and filtering can break their rules. Asking everyone also gives you a more honest picture. If someone is unhappy, a low rating that prompts a call from a manager is more useful than silence.

Can review requests go out on WhatsApp?

Yes, provided the customer has opted in to WhatsApp messages from you and the request uses a template approved by Meta. We prepare and submit that template during set-up. If the customer replies, your team can answer in free-form text inside the 24-hour window.

Will the AI post replies without anyone checking?

We recommend that the AI drafts and a person approves, especially for anything below five stars. The draft saves the time of starting from a blank box. Your team stays responsible for what is published under your business name, so a quick read before posting is worth the minute it takes.

Can I remove a negative review?

No. EDCRM.AI cannot delete reviews, and only the review site itself can remove one that breaks its policies. What you can do is reply calmly, fix the problem and keep collecting recent reviews. A steady flow of new reviews gives readers a fuller picture of your business.
