EDCRM.AI
For clinics and practices

A CRM for clinics and healthcare practices that fills the diary

Patients book with the clinic that answers. EDCRM.AI handles enquiries, appointment booking, reminders, recall messages and review requests, so your front desk spends less time chasing and your diary has fewer gaps.

Where clinic enquiries get lost

The front desk is checking in a patient when the phone rings. Nobody picks up. The caller tries the next clinic on the map. On WhatsApp, a parent asks at 10pm whether the children's dentist is free on Saturday, and the reply comes at 11am the next day, after they have booked elsewhere. Reception staff are busy with the people in front of them, and that is as it should be.

Then there are the patients who never return. A six-month check-up falls due and nobody sends a message. A booked appointment is forgotten and the slot stays empty. Each one is small. Across a month, they add up to a lot of unused appointment time.

How a typical week runs on the platform

Calls, WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs, website chat and form enquiries arrive in one inbox, so the front desk sees everything on a single screen. A missed call triggers a text back with a booking link. The chat assistant can answer common questions about timings, location, doctors and services, and book an appointment into the right calendar. Anything clinical is passed to your staff.

Reminders, recalls and fewer empty slots

Every booking can start a short workflow: a confirmation, a reminder, and a message with directions and parking notes. If a patient cancels, the workflow offers a link to rebook. For recalls, you tag contacts with the month their next visit is due, and the platform sends the message for you. Business-initiated WhatsApp messages need an approved template and the patient's opt-in.

  • Each doctor or treatment room can have its own calendar and booking page.
  • Paid appointments let you take a deposit or consultation fee at the time of booking.
  • Patients who do not confirm can be flagged as a task for reception to call.
  • Appointment reports show bookings, cancellations and no-shows by doctor and by source.

Reviews and keeping in touch

People read reviews before they choose a clinic. After a visit, the platform can send a polite request with a link to your review page. New reviews appear on one screen, where your team can reply, with AI drafting a first version for you to edit. Newsletters and seasonal campaigns, such as a school-holiday check-up offer, go to the segments you choose.

How Euro Digital sets it up

Euro Digital Technologies, based in Abu Dhabi since 2016 and an official Meta WhatsApp Business Partner, does the set-up with you. We connect your WhatsApp number and phone line, build calendars for each doctor, write the reminder and recall workflows, and submit your templates to Meta. Then we train your reception team and remain on hand for support.

What to prepare, and what to keep out of the CRM

EDCRM.AI is for enquiries, appointments and patient communication. It is not an electronic medical record, and you should not store diagnoses, test results or clinical notes in it. Keep those in your clinical system. We make no claim that the platform meets any healthcare regulation. Your clinic should check its own obligations on patient data, consent and advertising with the relevant authority before going live.

  • List your doctors, services, appointment lengths and opening hours.
  • Decide which questions the assistant may answer and which go straight to staff.
  • Export patient contact details only, with a record of who has agreed to receive messages.
Questions

Clinics and healthcare: common questions

Is EDCRM.AI a medical records system?

No. It manages enquiries, appointments, reminders and marketing messages. Clinical notes, diagnoses and test results belong in your medical records system. We recommend keeping only contact details, appointment times and communication preferences in the CRM, and checking your own regulatory obligations before you add any other patient information.

Can patients book without calling the clinic?

Yes. They can book from a link on your website, your social profiles, a QR code at reception or inside a WhatsApp chat. The slot is taken from the doctor's live calendar, which syncs with the calendar your team already uses, so double bookings are avoided and reception sees every change.

Can reminders go out on WhatsApp?

Yes, if the patient has opted in. Reminders are messages your clinic starts, so Meta requires an approved template for them. Euro Digital prepares and submits these templates during set-up. If the patient replies, your team can answer in their own words for the next 24 hours. SMS and email are available as alternatives.

Will the AI assistant give medical advice?

It should not, and we set it up so that it stays away from clinical questions. The assistant answers the practical questions you approve, such as timings, location, services offered and available slots. When a message sounds clinical or urgent, it hands the conversation to your staff. You decide the wording and the limits before it goes live.
